SHIPPING COSTS

Free shipping across Australia for all purchases. 
Note that all product prices indicated and payments made on this site are in Australian Dollars and include GST, and other taxes and duty where relevant.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

NOTE: Cannot deliver to a PO Box. 
Orders are dispatched Monday through to Friday, before 12pm. 
Please note that any orders placed after 10am will be dispatched the following business day.
 For metro delivery, please allow 3-5 working days & for rural delivery, please allow 4-7 working days.
 All parcels require a signature on delivery. 
Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

A tracking number will be sent to you upon dispatch so that you can track the delivery of your goods. 
Please note, orders of multiple items may be shipped in more than one package — In which case two tracking numbers will be advised. 

ITEM AVAILABILITY

If a sold-out item is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement, a credit note or a full refund.




Please note that items purchased for pre-order have an approximate date of delivery advised — this is subject to change in which case you will be notified by email.

REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Finding Bella does not offer refunds on goods due to change of mind.
 We will only offer a refund if the product is faulty beyond repair or if another style is unavailable for exchange.
 Please contact us on 0421 631 018 or email at findingbella@mail.com prior to returning goods so we are aware of date and can provide a unique Returns Authorisation Number (RA Number) & arrange for your exchange/ refund to be processed as soon as possible.

 Any item will need to be returned within 7 working days from the date it is received.  Items must be in original condition and must not have been altered.  We will assess the fault upon return of the product and reserve the right to repair or replace. If the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be issued.
 Allow another 7 days for the refund to be processed.

WARRANTY

As this is a luxury beach umbrella, you will have a twelve month warranty on this umbrella should something outside of reasonable wear and tear occur. Photos of the product must be sent to findingbella@mail.com to assess first and product must have been looked after in appropriate manner to be considered.
